QUY NHON – A LOVELY AND SMALL COASTAL CITY
Quy Nhơn is a coastal city in Bình Định Province in southern central Vietnam. I would like to visit this city as local people are very friendly, the food is exceptional and it’s not as famous and crowded as Hanoi, HCMC or Hoian. You should visit this lovely town before tourists ruin the place.
You can fly here from Hanoi or HCMC, then catch the airport bus to go to the city centre (About 50,000 if the price hasn’t gone up yet).
Otherwise, you can travel by train to Dieu Tri station, then catch a taxi to the city centre (Around 150,000VND).
You can also travel by bus. The bus station is located less than 5 mins from the city centre.
Quy nhon is very small, feel free to take a taxi or get your own grab driver to get around.
If you want to relax, don’t hesitate to book a room at Life’s a beach or The big tree. They are located in a such hidden place. The big tree is my favourite place. I found it when I was looking for some western food and peace. You can travel here by bus from city centre or taxi or grab (similar to uber).
I recommend you to walk around the city, enjoy the local food and talk with local people. My favourite restaurants include
